✅ About the Role:
As an ECT (Secondary Teacher), you will:
- Teach your specialist subject across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 where available)
- Plan and deliver engaging, structured lessons
- Build strong classroom management and teaching practice
- Adapt lessons to support all learners, including those with SEN or additional needs
- Assess student progress and provide clear, constructive feedback
- Work collaboratively within supportive school departments

✅ Requirements:
- QTS (or pending QTS by September 2026)
- Teaching qualification (PGCE, SCITT, School Direct or equivalent)
- Experience teaching during placements
- Strong subject knowledge in your specialist area
- Positive, proactive and adaptable approach
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive education
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to apply)
