Are you looking for a full time post in Early Years for September?
Teaching Personnel are looking for an Early Years Specialist Teacher to work across a number of schools in Sheffield.
Our ideal EYFS Teacher will have recent experience in a Nursery or Early Years setting. You must have a good knowledge of Early Years Goals and know how to effectively plan for this age group. You will work with other adults within the setting, and be able to deploy them effectively to meet the children's needs. Ideally we are looking for someone who is able to conduct observations, and who is able to log them on an online system (such as Tapestry). Some settings use 'in the moment planning', so you should be able to adapt your teaching to suit.
You will need to:
- Demonstrate and consistently deliver 'Good' and 'Outstanding' teaching
- Be able to work under pressure within a strong team focused towards challenging goals
- Have high expectations of every child enabling them to make exceptional progress
- Have excellent organisational and communication skills
- Share in our vision for realising the life chances and dreams of every child
- Have an excellent knowledge of Early Years Education.
