Teaching Personnel are working with a school in High Wycombe who are seeking a full time Nursery Nurse/EYFS Teacher.
In line with the EYFS framework, you will support pupils' development towards Early Learning Goals within a continuous provision environment. As well as supporting access to activities such as Phonics, Literacy and Numeracy you will also facilitate activities designed to develop pupils' emerging skills in communication and language, physical development and personal, social and emotional development.
As an experienced Nursery Nurse, you will have a firm understanding of working within EYFS and will be able to demonstrate your knowledge of:
- Child development, both the biological and cultural aspects, and its impact on how learning may best be supported
- Planning which ensures a relevant, motivating, flexible and interesting curriculum
- Provision of an environment which truly enables successful learning by all children. The successful applicant will have at least 6 months experience within a Nursery setting and may also have additional qualifications in Childcare and Education (i.e. CACHE or BTEC National Diploma).
