Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) Teacher - Poole

Are you an enthusiastic and qualified Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) teacher who is looking for the opportunity to make a change to the lives of young children?

Teaching Personnel are looking for talented teachers to meet our ever-growing demand from Early Years establishments within the Poole area. We are seeking experienced and proven staff to work within our client schools on a day to day, short term or long term basis, depending on the candidate. This is a brilliant opportunity to join a team that is growing massively in demand and is provided with unique CPD opportunities.

The role will include:

  • Helping EYFS pupils in the earliest stages of their education
  • Help children to develop from a variety of perspectives including socially, mentally and emotionally
  • Provide the children with a positive role model whom they can look up to
  • Planning and delivering structured sessions and activities which are engaging for all learners
  • Communicate with the teaching assistants and SENCO to create strategies to target any specific pupils who are struggling potentially with Special Educational Needs (SEN)
  • Work together with the school staff to help make each day a positive, happy experience for the children

Candidate Requirements:

The successful candidate will most definitely have significant experience teaching within the EYFS classroom. Alongside this the candidate should be:

  • Highly motivated to help every pupil achieve their full potential
  • Willing to develop unique strategies to encourage and care for individual students
  • Passionate about the care and development of every child
  • Experienced in dealing with a variety of different behavioural types
  • Up to date knowledge of issues within the EYFS environment
