Exciting Opportunity for an Early Career Teacher (ECT)!

Position: Early Career Teacher (ECT)
Location: Hyde, Tameside
Start Date: 15th April 2024

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons that promote student engagement and achievement across the curriculum.
  • Build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents to create a supportive and collaborative learning community.
  • Implement effective behavior management strategies to maintain a safe and conducive learning environment for all students.
  • Collaborate with experienced teachers and mentors to enhance your teaching practice and professional development.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or pending completion as an Early Career Teacher (ECT).
  • Passion for teaching and a genuine desire to inspire and empower young learners.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students and colleagues.
  • Resilience, adaptability, and a growth mindset to thrive in a dynamic educational setting.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
