JOB DESCRIPTION
Are you an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to launch your teaching journey in a supportive and dynamic environment?
Teaching Personnel is currently recruiting passionate and dedicated ECTs for a range of full-time teaching opportunities across primary and secondary schools in Hounslow for the 2025/26 academic year.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be overlooking responsibility such as:
- Full-time classroom teaching roles across EYFS, KS1, KS2, and Secondary phases
- Opportunities in mainstream and SEN settings
- Plan and deliver engaging, inclusive lessons
- Work closely with experienced mentors and SLT to complete your ECT induction
- Immediate access to CPD, training, and classroom resources via Teaching Personnel
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – awarded or pending for September 2025
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to high standards
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to inspire, motivate and build strong relationships with pupils
- Enhanced Child DBS on update service (or be willing to apply for one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
