The Job Role:

• Supporting secondary aged pupils on a 1:1 basis, working to re-integrate learners back into mainstream education
• Working within alternative provisions to deliver pre planned lessons across the curriculum
• Using rapport to build and establish relationships with learners and encourage participation
• Mentor young adults in-line with the School's positive behaviour reward system

The School:

• Graded as 'Good' by Ofsted in their most recent inspection
• Based in Fulford, South York with great access by bus and plenty of on-site parking
• Provides education for Primary and Secondary aged students who have been excluded from, or are unable to attend mainstream education
• Ensures all pupils have an Individual Personalised Education Plan to achieve the best outcomes for the students
• Progresses student's academic, social and emotional learning
