We have found that Drama Graduates work effectively as a Special Needs Teaching Assistant and are able to create a stimulating learning environment. My Client School in Reading is looking for an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for working with pupils and want to make a difference.
The School is a specialist provision that provides education for children aged between 2 and 16 years. The role will require you to build positive relationships with all students and staff alike. Your role can vary day to day, including:
- 1:1 or small group intervention work within a Specialist School
- You will support the delivery of teaching and learning in key, core and functional skills
- You will help to develop students to become responsible citizens
- You will receive specialist training and support
- Leading classes as a Cover Supervisor or Higher Level Teaching Assistant

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
