The Journey

You will begin your journey as a teaching assistant/cover supervisor (£65 - £75 a day) - helping in a variety of roles within a school to gain skills and experience in an education environment. After a successful 20 week period, you will officially begin your teacher training (likely increase in salary due to AWR)!

These are offered to help you grow in your profession and shape the future for next generation. Teaching Personnel also have a great relationship with Catholic schools across the UK. Schools are seeking graduates who are motivated to succeed and pursue a career in teaching. You will be a reliable individual and show a real passion for education, as well as a willingness to learn. All you need is;

• A degree in any specialism. - Essential.
• Experience working in a school. - Advantageous
• Experience working in care. - Advantageous
• Experience in Education (School/Tutoring/Support). - Advantageous
