Supply KS1 Primary Teacher – Flexible Work – Exeter

About the Role
In this role, you will deliver engaging and effective lessons across Key Stage 1 on a supply basis, following existing lesson plans or delivering pre-prepared work where required. You will maintain a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment, ensuring pupils remain engaged and continue learning in the absence of their usual teacher. Strong behaviour management will be important, and you will be expected to follow each school’s policies and procedures. You will work closely with teaching assistants and other school staff while upholding safeguarding standards at all times.
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for teachers who hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent teaching qualification. Previous experience teaching within KS1 in UK primary schools, including placements, is highly desirable. Successful candidates will demonstrate confident classroom management, strong communication and organisational skills, and the ability to adapt quickly to different school environments. A professional, reliable, and enthusiastic approach to teaching is essential, along with a genuine commitment to delivering high-quality learning experiences.
