We are working with a School in the coastal town of Bognor Regis, located in West Sussex. The School seeks a specialist Design Technology Teacher, to join their established Department and teach key stages 3 to 5 inclusive.
The School is a large mixed Secondary, teaching ages 11-18, consistently achieving outstanding results year on year, and even better outcomes. The Department enjoys supportive and clear leadership from a Head of Faculty able to deliver training across the curriculum. All Staff are passionate about their subject and the outcomes of the Students they teach, pushing the Department along its way to 'outstanding'. All areas of the Faculty enjoy access to a wealth of resources, and outstanding equipment, allowing them to deliver a well-rounded curriculum with both practical and theoretical learning employed. The subject area and Department Staff are popular across the School leading to good uptake rates at KS4 & KS5.
The role is suitable for an NQT or more experienced colleague, and applicants with strengths in any area of Design Technology teaching are encouraged to apply. An ability to teach across a variety of subject specialisms would be a distinct advantage, but is not an essential criteria for the role.
Benefits include; Salaries above the national average, state-of-the-art facilities, on-site gym/leisure/creche facilities, outstanding CPD, and autonomy in the Classroom to teach your Students to the best possible standard.
