Job description

Teaching Personnel have developed relationships with a number of secondary schools in the Stretford area of Trafford and we are therefore looking for supply teachers. As a qualified teacher looking for flexibility or more regular work in a variety of local secondary schools, you will have the opportunity to teach without planning and marking providing general cover on a day to day basis. Teaching Personnel are looking for teachers available for day to day supply due to an expected increase in demand with the expected upcoming staff sickness, course cover and internal cover.

We currently work with seven secondary schools throughout the Stretford area, therefore being able to provide consistent work for you in a wide range of schools on a part time basis matching your current availability. Having access to a bespoke online system, you will be able to manage your own availability and advise on specific days and times you are free and available for any work.

Highlights of the day to day teaching role:

  • Competitive daily pay rates ranging between ÂŁ100 - ÂŁ120 per day depending on the specific secondary school
  • Benefit from a range of opportunities including teaching on a full time basis, part time basis with or without planning and marking depending on individual preference
  • Teach in a range of local Stretford based secondary schools close to local transport links
  • Ideal for teachers who are looking for an introduction to their next teaching position or just day to day supply

Our client secondary schools located in the Stretford area of Trafford are finding themselves busier with regards cover due to the influx of internal CPD courses and planned absences taking place. Additionally, the increase in emergency illness and sickness is increasing at this time of year so more and more day to day teachers are required.

If you are a teacher looking for flexible, temporary, part time or full time teaching work then apply now for immediate consideration. You would be expected to provide your most relevant and recent teaching based CV with details of references of previous agencies or schools you have taught at.
