For this position, no teaching qualification is required, as your job will be to cover classes and ensure the work provided by the class teacher is completed and a good standard of behaviour is maintained. Cover Supervisor training will be provided for free through us, so no prior experience is necessarily required.

The ideal candidate will:

-          Have their own mode of transport and a valid driving licence (required)

-          Have prior experience in a school or tutoring background, for example as a Teaching Assistant or tutor, teaching in a foreign language or teaching in a foreign country. (These are not required)

-          Have the necessary personal attributes to manage a classroom – patience being a key factor in how successful you will be in the role!

Benefits:

-          Competitive pay of £90 - £100 a day, with further increases for additional responsibilities

-          Free Cover Supervisor training

-          Pick your own availability with our online diary.

-          Choose your area of availability and desired schools to work in

-          Access to numerous accredited training courses to further your development.

-          Your own personal consultant who will go through your vetting process and help you with any queries you have.

*Please note: All candidates will be subject to an enhanced DBS Check. If you are already on the DBS Update Service, we can use this. Additionally, all members of staff must be registered with the EWC. We can help get both of these in process for you!

If interested, or if you just have questions for us, please apply below and one of our consultants will be in touch within 24 hours of your application.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role. Please see the FAQ’s on the Teaching Personnel website for details.
