Teaching Personnel is looking for Cover Teachers, Unqualified Teachers, Cover Supervisors and Graduates who want to kick start their career in education.

There is an increase in demand for Cover Teachers, Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors in the area, and Teaching Personnel needs you to join our team of Cover Teachers, Unqualified Teachers and Cover Supervisors ASAP. We have a mixture of day-to-day, short-term and long-term opportunities throughout the academic year, both part-time and full-time.

If you are a Graduate considering a teaching career, this is the perfect opportunity to work in Secondary Schools as a Cover Teacher before starting your ITT (Initial Teacher Training). Cover Teachers/Unqualified Teacher/Cover Supervisor work is ideal to gain experience in the classroom and gain behaviour management skills.

If you hold GCSEs or equivalent and experience in working with youth, we would like to hear from you for work as an Cover Teacher and Cover Supervisor. We are looking for Cover Teachers and Cover Supervisors who are academically confident and can lead a group of young learners with a “can do” attitude.
