Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Oxford Contract: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
- Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively.
- Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education.
Requirements:
- A degree in education or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage a classroom and engage students in the absence of the regular teacher.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups.
