Exciting Opportunity: Cover Supervisor at a School in Oxford! 

Are you an enthusiastic individual with a passion for education? A School in Oxford is seeking a dedicated Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Oxford. If you thrive in a fast-paced school environment and enjoy supporting the learning journey of students, we want to hear from you!

Position: Cover Supervisor Location: Oxford Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
  • Implement pre-prepared lesson plans and manage classroom behavior effectively.
  • Support students with their learning and provide assistance as needed.
  • Collaborate with teaching staff to maintain continuity in students' education.

Requirements:

  • A degree in education or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage a classroom and engage students in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work across various subjects and year groups.
