Are you nearing the completion of your degree?

 

Is your goal to become a teacher or work in a role within education?

 

We are currently seeking a cover supervisor for schools across the South Yorkshire area to join our teacher training programme. In this role, you will cover lessons when teachers are absent, giving you valuable experience in leading a classroom, managing behaviour, and providing support to students who need assistance.

 

Start Date: September 2024

 

This position is an excellent opportunity for gaining experience and skills in preparation for a career in education.

 

Successful candidates will have the potential to secure a permanent position with the school after a period of temporary work which will lead to a paid teacher training programme.

 

We are looking for candidates with a degree in a relevant secondary education subject, such as:

 

• Maths

• English

• Science

• Geography

• History

• Physical Education

• Modern Foreign Languages

 

We work with a variety of schools in the South Sheffield area and will assist you in finding a suitable placement.

 

Additional information:

• You will work in inclusive schools in the Sheffield area

• You will receive a competitive daily rate of £85-100

• Opportunity to go onto a salaried teacher training route starting at around 20k with student loans completely funded!

• Our dedicated consultants will provide support and guidance throughout the process.

• We offer free safeguarding and cover supervising courses to provide essential support.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
