The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining continuity of learning during teacher absences.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering pre-planned lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with school expectations
• Maintaining a focused, positive, and productive learning environment
• Supporting students to stay engaged and on task
• Working with students of varying abilities and learning needs
• Providing additional support to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) where required
• Building positive and professional relationships across the school community

This role offers the opportunity to gain classroom experience without the additional demands of lesson planning and marking.
