Cover Supervisor required!

Job Duties:

The Cover Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and managing a classroom setting in the absence of the regular teacher. Duties include ensuring students are engaged in learning activities, maintaining classroom discipline, and following the lesson plans provided.

Required Qualifications:

- A minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications in English and Maths
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively

Experience:

Prior experience working in an educational setting is essential

Knowledge and Skills:

- Good understanding of classroom management techniques
- Ability to follow lesson plans and instructions accurately
- Strong organisational skills
- Adaptability and flexibility 

All successful applicants will be required to obtain an Enhanced Child DBS.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
