This role would suit a confident graduate who has previous experience (in a voluntary capacity or otherwise) working with students perhaps in a secondary school, primary school or youth work setting or a confident individual who has experience working within a school environment. The successful applicant will be motivated and able to converse, liaise and engage with people of all ages including pupils aged 11 - 16, fellow colleagues and teachers.

The role of a cover supervisor is to deliver pre-set work in the absence of the classroom teacher. The role commands a certain level of flexibility as you may be delivering and supervising classes varying in size, ability and age. The successful cover supervisor will be covering a range of subjects to gain a full 360 degree, well rounded experience.
