Are you currently a teacher and want to go part time or thinking about decreasing your hours?

Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting for Cover Supervisors to work on a daily basis for both short and long term positions. This can provide flexibility to your new Cover Supervisor role as several partnered secondary schools in the Colchester area are currently recruiting on a part-time/full-time basis. 

Schools are increasingly relying on more Cover Supervisors as a way to cover the teacher's absence. The role of a cover supervisor is to supervise and manage a classroom in the absence of a class teacher. As a Cover Supervisor you will ensure pre-prepared class work is complete and to manage students behaviour in accordance with school guidelines.
