A Secondary school located in Blackburn are seeking a long-term Cover Supervisor for Key Stages 3 and 4, commencing September 2021.

As a Cover Supervisor you will manage a classroom of up to 30 students, and so you will need excellent behaviour and management skills. You will support students in their learning through prepared work, and you will have the ability to build strong and trusting relationships with students and staff. You will create an engaging, interactive and positive classroom environment, and you will ensure that all students are inclusive of any classroom activity.
