Cover Supervisor

Teaching Personnel are looking to recruit a cover supervisor to work on a supply basis in the secondary schools in Wisbech, Long Sutton, Holbeach, Spalding and Bourne.

A cover supervisor role would be ideal for a graduate or someone who is considering being a teacher as this would give you the experience and confidence required to complete a PGCE.

The work for a cover supervisor will always be set so you won’t need to plan or mark any lesson work. It will mainly be behaviour management, ensuring the students are completing their work and answering any questions.

We will offer training and an introduction to the cover supervisor role to ensure that you have the confidence and knowledge to deliver the lessons set and excel in the role.

You Must:

• Have access to your own car/ transport
• Be confident to lead the classroom and deliver the work set
• Have a degree and/or prior experience leading a group of children such as coaching
• Be available 3-5 days per week

Pay for a cover supervisor is GBP60 per day depending on experience.
