Cover Supervisors required for mainstream Secondary Schools in Tyne and Wear
- Covering a variety of subjects at KS3, KS4 and KS5
- Management of classrooms ranging from 20 - 30 pupils
- All work set prior to arrival
Two of our client schools in South Tyne and Wear require cover supervisors for short term support. You will be required to supervise class sizes in the region of 20 -30 pupils in mainstream Secondary Education establishments. You will be required to cover all subjects, however if you have a specific subject specialism this will also be considered.
To be successful in this role you will need to have previous experience of working with large groups of children aged 11 - 16 although this need not be in a classroom setting and could include experience such as coaching. You will be comfortable with a range of behaviour management techniques and will be willing and able to adapt to the individual school policies.
