We are recruiting for an extremely busy time in secondary schools!

We are looking for engaging and motivated people to join our team of Cover Supervisors to work in schools in Poulton-le-Fylde and the surrounding area.

This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to gain invaluable school experience (no previous experience required!).

  • As a Cover Supervisor, you will supervise students in the classroom when a teacher is absent.
  • Every day is different! You will cover lessons in every department of the school.
  • Your responsibilities will be to maintain a good learning atmosphere, assisting and supporting the students where necessary.
  • Work flexible hours. Whether it be part time, or full time – you decide!
  • Other duties may include administrative tasks, supporting departments, supporting pupils in classes and assisting with after school clubs
  • The working hours will be a normal school day, Monday - Friday, 08:30am - 15:30pm

Experience of working within a school/classroom setting or with young people is desirable, but not essential. You should be IT literate, familiar with MS Office applications, and be extremely approachable and reliable.

To be considered for the role of Cover Supervisor, an enhanced DBS Certificate will need to be carried out as well as satisfactory references being taken.
