Are you an experienced cover supervisor or secondary teaching assistant experience and are seeking work in and around the Manchester area? Have you secured a place on a PGCE and are looking to expand your school based experience prior to September?

If so, we are looking for a number of confident cover supervisors whose subject specialisms vary for regular cover work in Greater Manchester Secondary schools. Not only is this the perfect opportunity for graduates planning to complete their PGCE to gain invaluable experience, you will receive regular work with attractive pay.

As a cover supervisor you will hold a range of responsibilities including;

*Short term cover work for absence cover

*Confident covering lessons across all subject areas

*Be able to deliver pre-set and planned work

*Hold strong behaviour management skills

Cover supervisor work is becoming more regular in secondary schools due to teacher shortages, this is an excellent way to build on your experience and secure a career in teaching. We have regular work in schools around north  Manchester, and also other areas such as Rochdale and Oldham.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
