We’re recruiting an In-House Cover Supervisor to join a high-performing, Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in the WN6 area.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to develop classroom experience in a supportive, professional environment.
The role:

Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4
-
Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

Supervising students during lessons when teachers are absent
-
Supporting the wider school community and learning culture
What we’re looking for:

Confident, reliable and adaptable individuals

Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)
-
Strong communication and classroom management skills
-
A genuine passion for helping students achieve their best

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
