In-House Cover Supervisor – Ofsted Outstanding School (WN6)

Are you passionate about education and looking to take the next step in your school career?
We’re recruiting an In-House Cover Supervisor to join a high-performing, Ofsted Outstanding secondary school in the WN6 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with young people and wants to develop classroom experience in a supportive, professional environment.

The role:

  • Delivering pre-prepared lessons to classes across KS3 and KS4

  • Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Supervising students during lessons when teachers are absent

  • Supporting the wider school community and learning culture

What we’re looking for:

  • Confident, reliable and adaptable individuals

  • Experience working with young people (school-based experience desirable)

  • Strong communication and classroom management skills

  • A genuine passion for helping students achieve their best
