Cover Supervisor
Location: Weymouth
Job Type: Temporary, expected to work Full-Time hours, part time also available
Salary: £90 - £110 Per day

Job Duties:
The Cover Supervisor is responsible for supervising classes during teacher absence, ensuring that students remain on task and follow the provided lesson plans. They must maintain a positive learning environment and manage student behaviour effectively.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of GCSEs or equivalent qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently
Education:
A degree in Education or a related field is desirable but not essential
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational setting is preferred but not essential
Knowledge and Skills:
- Knowledge of classroom management techniques
- Ability to engage with students and support their learning
- Strong organisational skills
Working Conditions:
- Temporary position with Full-Time hours
- Work in a school environment under the supervision of school staff
- Potential for additional responsibilities depending on school needs

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
