Cover Supervisor – Mainstream Secondary School, Tamworth (B79)

The Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising classes and delivering pre-prepared lesson plans to ensure continuity of learning during staff absences. You will manage classroom behaviour effectively and uphold the school’s policies and procedures at all times.
Rate of Pay:
£95-125 per day, dependent upon previous experiences
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans to students in a calm, engaging, and effective manner
Provide an engaging delivery of lessons and make sure all students are on task
Maintain high standards of behaviour and ensure a safe learning environment
Follow all school policies and procedures
Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson delivery and student engagement
What We’re Looking For:
Relevant experience as a Cover Supervisor or similar role in a school setting
Ability to manage classroom behaviour confidently and positively
Reliable, flexible, and adaptable to a range of working hours
Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
