Location: Spilsby, Lincolnshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 - 15:30 (Term time only)
Pay: Starting at £110 per day

The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Support Learning: Step in to supervise classrooms in the absence of teachers, ensuring students stay engaged and on-task.
• Deliver Pre-Set Work: Follow lesson plans and provide a structured learning environment.
• Encourage Growth: Maintain a positive and supportive atmosphere, motivating students to succeed.
• Manage the Classroom: Uphold school policies and ensure student behavior aligns with expectations.

What We’re Looking For

Strong communication and classroom management skills.
Confidence in supervising lessons and maintaining a productive learning environment.
Previous experience in education or working with students is a bonus but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
