Cover Supervisor – Secondary School Classroom Support

Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join one of our partner secondary schools on a full-time basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise classes across a range of subjects in the absence of the class teacher.

• Deliver pre-prepared lesson materials and keep students engaged.

• Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.

• Support pupils of all abilities, including those with additional needs.

• Build relationships based on respect, consistency, and encouragement.
