Cover Supervisor – Full Time Secondary School Classroom Support With Added Flexibility

Role Overview
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

  • Manage classrooms across a range of subjects, ensuring pupils remain engaged in pre-prepared lessons.

  • Deliver lesson plans left by teachers and support pupils with their learning.

  • Use effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive learning environment.

  • Supervise students from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 4, gaining first-hand experience in secondary education.

  • Support young people, including those with additional learning needs, to achieve their potential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
