Pay Rate: Dependent on Experience, From £100-£140.

Role Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Full-Time Cover Supervisor to join our dynamic team. As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a vital role in maintaining continuity of learning in the absence of regular teaching staff. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about education to make a positive impact on the lives of young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes during the short-term absence of teachers, ensuring a conducive learning environment.
- Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and activities effectively to ensure smooth progression of learning.
- Manage classroom behavior in line with school policies, fostering a respectful and inclusive atmosphere.
- Support students with their learning, providing assistance and guidance as needed.
- Collaborate with teaching staff and senior leadership to contribute to the overall educational experience of students.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a school environment or with young people is desirable but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behavior.
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Commitment to supporting the educational development and welfare of students.
- Strong behavior management skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with tact and professionalism.
