Job Title: Cover Supervisor
Location: Solihull / COventry / Warwick
Salary: £90-110

Teaching Personnel are currently seeking a confident and versatile cover supervisor to work across the wide range of secondary schools with high demand in Solihull, Birmingham and Coventry.

As a cover supervisor your day-to-day will be filled with covering a variety of subjects and classes of all ages 11-16 in the school; no planning or marking is required as all lessons will be pre-planned by the class teacher. All resources will be provided for you, your job is to deliver the content and manage behaviour in line with the school’s behaviour policy, ensuring that all pupils are happy and on task.

Due to the nature of the role, no specific teaching qualification is required as all work will be set, and you will simply be required to deliver the work whilst you supervise the classroom and keep high behaviour and safeguarding standards.  This would be an excellent opportunity for anybody who is considering a future career in teaching or for any recent graduates who would like to obtain further experience within a secondary school setting before enrolling on a PGCE or similar Teacher Training Programme.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
