Cover Supervisor
The Sheffield Branch of Teaching Personnel are seeking to expand the flexible Cover Supervisor workforce to respond to unprecedented levels of staff absence.
This position is ideal for graduates considering a career in Education and Teaching. Applicants will ideally have previous experience working with young people however it is not a requirement that candidates hold a Teaching or related qualifications.
- Full Time and Part Time Opportunities
- Immediate start available
- £80-90/day (8:30 – 3:30) – Dependent on experience
- Opportunity to work in a range of settings, local to you (Mainstream and Specialist)
Role description:
- Covering pre-planned lessons in the absence of the class teacher
- Behavioural management and monitoring engagement
- Providing feedback to the Class Teacher on pupil progress

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
