Job Duties:

• Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
• Ensure classroom discipline and maintain a positive learning environment
• Follow the lesson plans provided by the absent teacher
• Assist students with their work and provide support as needed
• Report any issues or incidents to the appropriate school staff

Required Qualifications:

• Degree in Education or related field
• Teaching qualification

Education:

Degree in Education or related field

Experience:

Prior experience in a school setting is preferred

Knowledge and Skills:

• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence in managing classroom behaviour
• Excellent timekeeping abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Additional teaching certifications
• Experience working with students with diverse learning needs

Working Conditions:

• Work in a school environment
• Full-time hours, temporary position
• Interact with students, teachers, and school staff
