Full time Cover Supervisor needed for long term position

Working alongside an Ofsted graded 'good' school in Rochdale we are currently recruiting for a Cover Supervisor to join the school after October half term to help deal with any planned and unplanned absences. This is a full time, long term position with interviews starting immediately.

• Full time position working as a Cover Supervisor within a large modern secondary school based in the Rochdale area
• Get paid up to £1300 a month on a weekly basis with the option of flexible working hours to suit your availability and the needs of the school
• Further development opportunities available through CPD sessions within partnership training schools

Working as a Cover Supervisor is a very rewarding role where each day will be different. Supporting young people through a very important phase of their life you will play a massive part in their development into young adults. You will be required to cover the absence of the regular class teacher and deliver a pre set lesson plan whilst ensuring the schools behaviour policy is enforced and each pupil is given full support and guidance with their work and any other issues they may have.

You will be working in large successful secondary school in the Rochdale area that put a huge emphasis on being a safe and supporting environment to learn and teach in. the school have a strong tradition of delivering good results and due to this require a Cover Supervisor to join the school who would be confident in running the classroom and dealing with behaviour issues appropriately whilst also being a supportive role model for the pupils both within and outside the classroom during extra curricular activities or after school clubs.
