Position: Cover Supervisor

Location: Leyland (PR25), Lancashire.

Start Date: 3rd June 2024

Contract: Full-time

 

We are looking to appoint an individual who is keen to build upon their education-based experience in KS3 and KS4 and has the confidence to lead full classes of Secondary students. Working days are Monday to Friday.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your experience in a Secondary education setting.

 

As a Cover Supervisor you will be required to:

  • Deliver pre-planned material to a class of up to 30 pupils.
  • Take responsibility of full classes of students.
  • Maintain student engagement.
  • Be flexible and demonstrate a passion for education and learning.
  • Be proactive and forward-thinking.

As a Cover Supervisor within this Ofsted graded ‘Good’ secondary school, you will be supported by an excellent, close-knit team of staff. Good behaviour is achieved by the high expectations and effective behaviour policy consistently implemented from SLT to support staff.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
