Position: Cover Supervisor
Location: Farnborough, Secondary Schools
Start Date: September 2024
Working Hours: Full Time and Part Time positions available, based on your availability

About the Role:

As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a key role in maintaining the continuity of students' education during teacher absences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering Lessons: Execute lessons prepared by the regular teachers, ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
• Classroom Management: Maintain discipline and manage classroom behaviour effectively to create a conducive learning atmosphere.
• Supporting Students: Assist students with their work and answer any questions they may have.

You will be teaching across the age and attainment range at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
