Role: Cover Supervisor.

Location: Clitheroe, Lancashire.

Start date: Monday 3rd June 2024.

Contract type: Full-time, temp-perm.

We are looking for a cover Supervisor to provide safe classroom supervision in lessons during the absence of the regular classroom teacher.

The successful applicant will have:

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Good general communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Excellent time management and effective organisational skills.
  • Experience of working in a school or with young people (desirable).
  • Experience of exercising authority.

You will enjoy working with 11-16-year-olds. You must be adaptable and willing to be involved in all aspects of school life, have a calm manner and be able to work as part of team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
