About the Role:
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining classroom order and facilitating learning in the absence of regular teachers. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing lessons for Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, managing student behavior, and ensuring a positive and engaging learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising pre-planned work according to school policies
- Collaborating with teaching staff to ensure continuity in lesson delivery
- Effectively managing student behavior to foster a conducive learning atmosphere
- Addressing student inquiries and providing necessary support
- Handling any immediate issues or emergencies in adherence to school protocols
- Collecting and organizing completed assignments and resources
