 Cover Supervisor – Flexible Work (Secondary Schools – B36 Area)


Location: B36 and surrounding areas
Contract Type: Flexible, Day-to-Day & Short-Term Opportunities
Start Date: Ongoing

Rate of pay: £95-130 per day, depending on experience

Are you an experienced Cover Supervisor looking for flexible work in secondary schools around the B36 area?
We are working closely with local secondary schools that require reliable, confident, and professional Cover Supervisors to step in and support their teams when teachers are absent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task

  • Delivering pre-prepared work and maintaining a positive learning environment

  • Managing classroom behaviour effectively and confidently

  • Supporting the school and staff to maintain a calm and productive atmosphere

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar school-based role

  • Strong behaviour management skills and the confidence to lead a classroom

  • Adaptability and a proactive attitude

  • Ability to work on a flexible, day-to-day or short-term basis

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
