Your Role as Cover Supervisor

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Deliver pre‑planned lessons across a range of subjects
• Maintain a focused, calm learning environment
• Support student progress and positive behaviour
• Build rapport with students of all abilities
• Work closely with staff across a well‑organised pastoral and curriculum structure
