Exciting Opportunity for Cover Supervisors in Alton Schools!

Position Overview: As a Cover Supervisor, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining continuity of education by supervising and delivering pre-prepared lessons across Key Stage 3 and 4. Whether you're guiding students through the curriculum or managing classroom behavior, your impact will be significant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Delivering prepared lessons to classes in the absence of the regular teacher
  • Managing classroom behavior to ensure a conducive learning environment
  • Providing support and guidance to students as needed

Requirements:

  • Full-time position with part-time options available
  • Open to unqualified teachers and those looking to gain experience
  • Must undergo a Safer Recruitment in Education check
  • UK residency or at least 2 years of UK residency is required for vetting purposes
