Pay Range: £55 - £75 per day

Are you a looking to gain experience in education? Are you an aspiring teacher looking to gain work experience in the sector?

Teaching Personnel are working with a large school in the Hastings Area that require consistent cover across KS3 and KS4. This is a large school with excellent potential to progress.

The school offer excellent support to temporary, supply and trainee staff. You are not required to have a teaching qualification to be successful just up to date and relevant experience working with young people. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who is potentially looking to start a career in education or looking for more flexible work.

Daily pay rate will depend on your experience working with young people, however they will range from £54 a day - £75 a day.

This position will allow you to gain experience managing a variety of lessons while building rapport with students, develop strong classroom management skills and learn amongst other education professionals. This role is suitable for Sports Coaches, Graduates, Youth Workers, Residential care of support workers and other roles working with young people. We are approaching a very busy period in the academic year so depending on your availability we can offer both full time and part time opportunities.

What you will need:

• Relevant experience working with young people is a must, ideally secondary age
• 2 referees to support the work experience you have working with young people
• An enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn new skills
