Are you a recent graduate looking to pursue a career in the education sector?

Are you looking to build on your experience of working within a secondary school setting where you will gain support and opportunity to earn money whilst gaining invaluable experience in a secondary school in Cheadle Hulme?

Secondary school situated in Cheadle Hulme is looking for confident graduates who are keen to work within a secondary school as a Cover Supervisor. The successful individual should be motivated and confident in their approach, able to command a classroom of students between the ages of 11 and 16.

Individuals with prior experience of working within school setting would be highly suitable for this role but this is not essential. Those who have experience of working with pupils between the ages of 11 and 16 are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for a graduate to test out their suitability to work in a classroom and gain experience for a potential future career as a teacher.

  • Earn money whilst gaining amazing experience covering full classes
  • Pay ranging between £50 - £65 depending on experience
  • Delivery pre-planned work in the absence of a class teacher

This role involves delivering pre-set work to students in the absence of the main classroom teacher. The successful individual should therefore have the ability to engage with students and be flexible in their approach. The successful graduate will also have the opportunity to undertake CPD courses to further their own experience and learning towards being a future teacher.

  • Work in a secondary school in the Cheadle Hulme area
  • Easily accessible via public transport from the city centre, South Manchester and Stockport
  • Work in a school environment which is highly supportive
