Teacher of Computing
- An inspiring Teacher of Computing is required in June 2021 at a very successful school in Maidstone.
- You will have the opportunity to teaching Computing to Key Stages 3 and 4 and maybe 5.
- A very supportive school with excellent opportunities
The post will be in a forward thinking department offering extensive experience and a shared knowledge approach to work. The person they are looking for must have the ability to plan and prepare for effective Computing lessons across KS3, KS4 and possibly KS5.
This school prides themselves on encouraging the pursuit of excellence in academic, sporting and cultural spheres along with challenging and inspiring their students to achieve individual personal aspirations
They are looking to appoint someone who will take pride in their role as a teacher and strive to improve what are already excellent departmental results. The school are happy to take on NQT's and offer a very strong induction programme.
Skills we look for in our teachers include:
- Qualified Teacher Status
- Proven Teaching experience within the last 2 years
- Willingness to promote learning
- Strong Classroom Management Skills
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- Positive outlook
- Innovative and resourceful teaching methods
- Own transport is preferable but not essential
- NQT's or experienced teachers welcome to apply
