Complex Needs Learning Support
Ystrad Mynach
£93 per day
Full-time and part-time opportunities available

We are collaborating with a local specialist school to provide learning support for pupils with additional needs. The school caters to students aged 3-19, with a diverse range of needs. Experience in working with additional needs is beneficial and will help candidates to quickly adapt and contribute effectively.
Responsibilities:
Engagement: Ensure pupils are engaged and motivated during lessons.
Personal Care: Assist with personal care tasks as needed, including toileting and feeding.
Behaviour Management: Implement appropriate techniques to manage challenging behaviour.
Training Participation: Attend relevant training and courses as required.
Requirements:
Enhanced DBS: Must have an Enhanced DBS (we can assist with this process).
EWC Registration: Must be registered with the Education Workforce Council (we can assist with this process).
Experience: Relevant personal or professional experience in the SEN sector.
Safeguarding: Level 2 in Safeguarding (we can assist with this process).

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
