SEN Classroom Support

Teaching Personnel has been contacted by a school near Blackburn who require multiple Classroom Assistants. The school caters for 5-11-year olds who need support to thrive in education. The students at this school have various SEND including SEMH, ASC, ADHD and speech and language difficulties.

The school has an emphasis on not only helping students to achieve educationally but also spiritually, morally, socially and emotionally. The school continually looks for therapeutic strategies to enhance student learning; therefore, an ideal candidate must be able to embrace holistic learning strategies to help engage students and remove barriers to their learning.

A successful candidate must be passionate about supporting young people with SEND and think comprehensibly about practical and innovative ways to entice students to learn.

A successful candidate must be able to create rapport with students in order to be able to understand them on a personal and individual level.

Pay for this role will be between GBP60 and GBP70 per day.

The working hours are 8.30am til 2.45pm

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
