Various Primary Schools | September Start | Full-Time & Part-Time Roles Available
Are you passionate about supporting children’s development and wellbeing? Do you have experience working with young people and want to make a difference in a school setting?
We’re looking for Children’s Support Workers to join our team and work in primary schools, providing 1:1 or small group support to pupils who may have additional learning, behavioural, or emotional needs.
Whether you’re experienced in education, youth work, social care, or a similar role – we want to hear from you!
Your Role May Include:

Supporting pupils with additional needs such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, or learning difficulties

Helping children to engage with classroom activities and build confidence
-
Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
-
Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and families
-
Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment

Caring, patient, and reliable individuals

Experience working with children or young people (school-based or in other settings)

A willingness to learn and adapt to individual needs

Team players with a positive and proactive attitude

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
