As an experienced and resourceful Chemistry teacher we would like to interest you in an exciting new opportunity within an mainstream secondary school for the new academic year for one term initially.
The teaching and learning environment you would be joining is supportive and prides itself on a 'praise' culture for it's pupils. To help facilitate your inventive Chemistry lessons for KS3-4, the school have a wealth of space and nine newly built laboratories with modern facilities. The school grounds are located in Berkshire, but can be accessed via car or public transport very easily.
You
- Will hold high expectations of your pupils in both theory and practical Chemistry lessons
- Have sound subject knowledge
- Have proven experience in designing, delivering and meeting your objectives across KS3-4 Chemistry lessons
- Become a supportive team player within the Science department
The role
- Full time teaching timetable from September 2018
- Initially for the first term with the likelihood of an extension into a more permanent role for the successful applicant
